Full-Time Salary: $232,000 to $264,000 with a Night Shift Differential

Contra Costa Regional Medical Center is looking for full-time and part-time providers from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences who share our vision of providing equitable and quality health care to all members of our Contra Costa community. Desired applicants would work with a motivated practitioner group to provide innovative community medicine that empowers patients by fostering an environment of belonging and well-being.

Join our tight-knit group that covers the hospital 24 hours a day with a mix of day, night, weekend and holiday shifts. There may also be an option to do some ambulatory clinics if interested.

We offer:

  • Opportunity to be involved in resident teaching with our nationally recognized Family Medicine Residency Program
  • Short commute to Berkeley, Oakland or San Francisco; Located close to other Northern California destinations including Napa Valley, Lake Tahoe, Muir Woods, Big Sur and Yosemite
  • Comprehensive compensation package including 3.5 weeks of vacation which increases to 6 weeks after 6 years, 1 week of paid CME, 11 paid holidays annually, 12 paid sick days annually, pension with additional 457B contribution amount
  • Small amount of paid administrative time based on position hours
  • Favorable HPSA score for national and state loan repayment programs
  • EPIC medical record system which is used across health centers and hospital for integrated care delivery
