About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Business Analyst / Project Manager to support systems implementation, business transformation, and data initiatives across our Fund operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience with Investran and ideally exposure to LemonEdge, as well as expertise in project planning, data mapping and migration, and workflow optimization.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Lead key projects from initiation through execution, including system upgrades, data migrations, and operational process enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, finance, and technology to define requirements, manage timelines, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct detailed business analysis, including documenting current and future state processes, performing data mapping, and identifying process improvements.
- Oversee or contribute to data migration between legacy and new systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk logs, and status reports.
- Optimize and design workflows related to accounting, reporting, and operational processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Investran and work closely with internal and external teams to support and enhance system functionality.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and technology teams on system configuration and integration.
- Support payments initiatives, including projects involving Kyriba or other relevant platforms.
- Conduct testing, training, change management, and adoption activities.
About You
You will be able to display a desire to learn, grow and roll up your sleeves to build a business, while simultaneously handling multiple assignments. The following attributes would also be advantageous:
- Studying towards a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related business degree, or hold or studying towards a project management or business analyst qualification.
- Experience in a similar role and fund environment
- Knowledge of financial products including, but not limited to, Private equity, Private credit, venture capital, and real estate, a major plus.
- Familiarity with fund structures and accounting platforms is essential, and experience with Kyriba or other treasury/payment systems will be advantageous.
- Self-motivated, confident, patient and a strong desire to exceed expectations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with unsurpassed attention to detail and
- organizational skills.
