Acquired in April 2024, the company is on a significant buy-and-build journey with current revenues at $8M and a target of reaching $50M.

The objective is to expand production capabilities, penetrate new markets, enhance operational efficiency, and develop a high-performing commercial team. There is a clear focus on implementing lean manufacturing principles and automation to support ongoing growth.

THE ROLE

The General Manager will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all operational aspects of the manufacturing facility
• Driving growth and P&L performance across the business
• Enhancing productivity through automation and lean initiatives
• Leading ERP and financial system implementations
• Managing and developing a team of 25 employees
• Supporting acquisition integration and growth efforts
• Acting as the commercial lead for strategic customer expansion

YOUR BACKGROUND

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

• Experience in metal manufacturing; metal bending is a strong plus
• Previous General Manager or Site Manager role with full P&L responsibility
• Commercial acumen with a track record of sales growth
• Operational excellence in manufacturing environments
• Leadership experience with teams in excess of 20 employees
• Prior responsibility for businesses with at least $10M in revenue

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Basic Salary: $130,000

Bonus: 20%
