POSITION: Associate Product Manager (APM)

LOCATION: Mount Carmel, IL / Monterrey, MX / Alpharetta, GA

REPORTS TO: Product Manager – Americas

JOB SUMMARY

MotoRad is looking for an Associate Product Manager to join its Product Management Team. The Associate Product Manager will work closely with MotoRad Product and Content Manager's to drive New Product Introductions, assist with Lifecycle Management and Competitive Landscaping. This role will offer Cross-Functional support throughout the Business to drive effective Product Management, and act as an asset throughout the Organization.

The Associate Product Manager will be required to travel occasionally to support Customer Trade Shows, Operational Functions & Internal Business Reviews. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams. Knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket is preferred through experience, education and or both.

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports New Product Introductions & Overall Product Development
• Collect & Analyze Customer Feedback, Market / Industry Trends
• Competitive Landscaping
• Preparing and Presenting Complex Data Sets
• Line / Category Review Support
• Support Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)
• Build & Maintain Cross-Functional Relationships
• Content Development
• Program Maintenance
• 10-20% Travel

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-5 Years of Automotive Experience – preferable focus on Aftermarket Product / Category Management or Engineering
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering or equivalent experience
• Microsoft Office Fluency – Focus on Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & Outlook
• Superior attention to Detail
• Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to Multi-Task
• Self-Starter
• Willingness to Learn and Adapt
