Neilsoft Inc., a 100% subsidiary of Neilsoft (since 1999) has been servicing North American customers for over 20+ years. As part of our Strategic Growth Plan, we are seeking to scale-up our team in Canton (MI) and also add on to our teams in various locations across the USA.

As part of this effort, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator/Generalist to support a wide range of HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and recruiting assistance. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and supervisors, ensuring accurate HR recordkeeping, system integrity, and support in alignment with company policies and legal regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support

• Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and managing communications.

• Post job openings on various platforms.

• Help in collecting and organizing candidate documents and feedback.

• Schedule and coordinate background checks

• Draft and maintain job descriptions

2. Onboarding & Offboarding

• Coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation sessions, document collection, and IT setup.

• Ensure all joining formalities are completed accurately and on time.

• Support exit processes, such as scheduling exit interviews and managing clearance procedures with different departments

3. HR Administration

• Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical.

• Prepare HR letters such as employment verification and experience letters.

• Assist in maintaining and organizing HR documentation in compliance with company policies.

4. Employee Engagement & Communication

• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and wellness programs.

• Help in distributing internal communications and collecting employee feedback.
