Position: Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions
We're seeking an experienced and execution-oriented Vice President of M&A to lead and drive our acquisition strategy and accelerate growth across a highly acquisitive platform. This is a senior leadership role with significant visibility and impact—ideal for someone with a background in private equity or corporate development who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
You'll lead the full lifecycle of M&A, from sourcing and diligence through deal execution and post-close integration. The ideal candidate combines sharp financial skills, strategic insight, and the ability to build trust with founders and executives alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full M&A lifecycle: sourcing, valuation, diligence, deal negotiation, execution, and transition planning
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality acquisition targets aligned with strategic priorities
- Conduct robust financial modeling, risk analysis, and business case development
- Lead deal negotiations in collaboration with legal, tax, benefits, and compliance advisors
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of acquired businesses
- Track and report on deal performance and strategic impact to leadership and investors
- Travel as needed to support business development and integration efforts
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in M&A, private equity, or corporate development
- Demonstrated success executing end-to-end transactions in services, tech-enabled services, or related industries
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with keen business judgment
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working in a high-growth, acquisition-focused environment
- Leadership presence with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization
- Willingness to travel and a passion for partnering with entrepreneurial teams

- MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with technology-enabled services space
- Prior experience in post-merger integration and/or building scalable acquisition playbooks
