Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Program Manager to join their team! This position is located in Basking Ridge, New Jersey and Lone Tree, Colorado.
Duties:
- Design and maintain effective project tracking tools and systems to document key milestones, project risks, issues, and overall progress toward completion
- Prepare and deliver executive-level reports, presentations, and communications, both written and verbal, to stakeholders and leadership
- Provide timely updates, performance insights, and recommendations to management on key initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and process-focused objectives
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives by developing actionable plans, setting priorities, and driving accountability across teams
- Offer a comprehensive, portfolio-level view of products to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation
- Support and enhance the intake process for new projects and initiatives, ensuring efficient evaluation, prioritization, and onboarding
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Security, Business, Project Management, or a related field
- PMP certification or formal training in project management methodologies
- Strong understanding of project planning, including milestone tracking, timeline management, and risk assessment
- Familiarity with industry-standard methodologies such as Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma
- Proven experience applying structured project management approaches to drive successful project delivery

The approximate pay range for this position is between $48.00 and $69.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
