Job Title: Owners Representative
Location: Washington / Oregon (Pacific Northwest region)
The company
We're hiring a skilled Owner's Representative to lead mission critical construction projects—serving as the owner's eyes and ears on the ground. From pre-construction to closeout, you'll coordinate contractors, engineers, and site teams to deliver high-performance facilities on time and within budget.
The position
- Oversee all project phases: planning, procurement, construction, and commissioning
- Manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, inspections, and safety protocols
- Act as primary liaison between ownership and all project stakeholders
- Lead progress reporting and site documentation
- Mentor junior team members and support continuous improvement
Could this role be for you?
- 5+ years of project management in mission critical, data center, or technical construction
- BS in Engineering/Construction or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of AC/DC power, commissioning, MOPs, and safety standards
- Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Location: Remote – Pacific Northwest area of US.Must be located near a major airport.
- Travel Requirements: 75-100% domestic travel; relocation may be considered for long-term project needs. Preference to those located in the following areas: Tacoma, Spokane, Portland, Sunnyvale
