IDR is seeking a Senior Scheduler - Data Centers to join one of our top clients in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. • Oversee scheduling for data center construction projects
• Exercise creativity and mature judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented problems on complex projects
• Review and interpret project plans and specifications
• Utilize 4D visual planning methodologies
• Travel to our client's location as required

  Required Skills for Senior Scheduler - Data Centers:

  • Minimum of four (4) years construction experience
  • Thorough knowledge of scheduling concepts, principles, practices, and company software
  • Strong plan and specification reading, review and interpretation skills
  • Working knowledge of 4D visual planning methodologies
  • Current driver's license
  • Bachelor's degree in construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field

        Compensation Details: $80,000 - 130,000 Annual Salary
