Job Description :
Act as trusted advisor and project manager for internal clients to deliver information on tools and resources. Serve as a mentor and leader to more junior members of the team. Strengthen employee engagement through cultural initiatives and internal messages. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the firm. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications tools and programs and adjust strategies as needed. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met. Maintain internal communication guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and tone across all channels and for all clients. Prioritize and uphold the Kimley-Horn brand Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of four years of experience in internal communications or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding collaboration skills.
