Staffmark is seeking Materials Support Technicians to join a leading manufacturing team in Alexandria, MN. Join a team that values your hard work and is committed to your success.Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.50/hourShifts Available:* 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM* 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM* 4th Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Work 36 hours, get paid for 40)Responsibilities:* Perform packing, trailer loading, material handling, and aging of materials* Set up and operate equipment safely and efficiently* Ensure product quality by inspecting and monitoring throughout the process* Handle billet receiving, scrap bin dumping, and basket distribution to/from press lines* Load trailers and operate cranes safely* Support press operations and ensure proper materials and spacers are available* Perform product inspections before aging and check hardness by alloy and temper* Maintain cleanliness and organization using the 5S system* Follow company guidelines and quality standards at all times* Demonstrate leadership and uphold company values on the production floorRequirements:* 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred* Forklift and crane experience strongly preferred* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow proceduresEmployee Benefits:We offer a competitive benefits package that includes weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card, support from a dedicated local team, employee discounts, and referral bonus opportunities.
