Job Description- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of structural steel erection projects within your assigned region
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company, clients, subcontractors, and field crews
- Ensure all projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications
- Oversee procurement, scheduling, manpower planning, and equipment allocation
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Resolve project issues, change orders, and delays in collaboration with stakeholders
- Maintain accurate documentation including progress reports, RFIs, submittals, and change logs
- Mentor and lead field supervisors and project engineers to maintain high performance and safety standards

The Successful Applicant- 5+ years of project management experience in structural steel erection or heavy construction
- Strong understanding of steel erection methods, AISC standards, and OSHA safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and structural plans
- Proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar steel erection projects
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the region (up to 50%)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project scheduling software, and field management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (but not required with equivalent experience)
