SATCOM RF Data and Modeling Engineer/Technician

Work side-by-side with Space Operations Command (Sp. OC) personnel to help identify and repurpose federal spectrum frequencies for commercial use and spectrum sharing, resulting from the ongoing National Spectrum Strategy (NSS) study. Analyze USSF SPS Records, ITU filings, existing Wireless FCC licenses, and proposed federal and non-federal use cases using government and international databases. Responsible for providing technical reviews of documents related to spectrum management (e.g., Instructions, Manuals, and Regulations, policy papers, etc.)Knowledge of linking Budget and Performance calculations to include Gains/ Losses/ EIRP/ PSD/ GT/ SNR/ EB/ NO - Minimum Qualifications:Security Clearance: active TS/ SCI - Proficiency with tools and software for data analysis and modeling of RF environments.
