Driving required The groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining general maintenance to grounds and gardens, will perform landscaping and related responsibilities to maintain the Winery property, equipment, and grounds in a manner that demonstrates the Winerys commitment to the highest quality of care, sustainable farming practices and energy and resource conservation. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. This role will perform plant landscaping for Rombauer and operating a variety of gas and electric-powered tools, including mowers, tractors, sprayers, weed-eaters, blowers, chainsaws, and hedgers. Responsibilities include applying pesticides, fertilizers, and herbicides; maintaining lawns, flowerbeds, trees, and weed control; and installing and repairing sprinkler systems, timers, and lines as needed.
