🏥 CVICU RN – Level 1 Trauma | Travel AssignmentSetting: High-acuity, fast-paced Level 1 Trauma Center with complex cardiac care🔹 Key Requirements:Experience:Minimum 3+ years recent CVICU/ICU experience in large academic or trauma centersStrong critical care background requiredECMO experience strongly preferredCRRT, open heart surgery, AAA, and transplant experience preferredPrevious travel experience highly preferredCertifications & Skills:Proficient with EPIC (required)Comfortable with floating across critical care unitsScheduling:No self-scheduling – flexibility requiredEvery other weekend (EOW) requiredEnvironment:Busy, high-volume unit with a collaborative but fast-paced teamMust be able to adapt quickly and perform under pressure
