Civil Engineer - Land Development
: Job Details :

Perform tasks on multi-discipline projects on a variety of project sites within the City of Winchester as well as the surrounding region. Work on the development of Land Development Plans including the preparation of engineering design drawings, technical specification, and engineering reports (from schematic design through construction). Coordinate permits through regulatory agencies for large scale, complex projects. Perform hydrologic/hydraulic analysis (including Stormwater Management Water Quantity & Quality compliance). Work on multiple projects and tasks. Complete field inspections, as needed. Prepare proposals for new & existing clients (including estimation of project fees). Additional tasks may be assigned, as needed. Basic Requirements: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (or a related discipline). 3 years of professional experience working in Engineering, preferably with Land Development design projects.
