As a Quality Engineer for JD Dubuque Works located in Dubuque, IA, you will: Support assembly operations in our Backhoe Module Use data to investigate, contain, and resolve quality issues through root cause identification Work with cross functional teams to design inherent quality validation into processes Support quality planning and execution discussions (PFMEA, Control Plan, PVA) and maintain historical performance documentation and metrics for team Lead and actively participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) improving and implementing departmental Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Delivery, ergonomic improvements, and cost reduction ideas VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position What Skills You Need Experience exhibiting technical aptitude in one of the following areas: hydraulics, powertrain, structures, electrical, and/or manufacturing processes Good communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with salaried and wage personnel in a team environment Ab...Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Technology, Engineer
