Loan Operations Manager

Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Loan Servicing department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include developing, interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensures employees are aware of and adhere to all banking related laws and regulations. Qualifications: Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Other Qualifications: Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in the loan operations and processing. Proven knowledge of regulations surrounding lending.
