Base pay range

$115,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in corporate interior construction to oversee commercial buildouts, tenant improvements, and ground-up office developments. The ideal candidate will manage all phases of construction from pre-construction through project completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules for office construction projects. Coordinate preconstruction efforts including design reviews, permitting, and subcontractor procurement.
• Team Leadership: Manage internal teams, subcontractors, architects, and consultants. Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication among all stakeholders.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor and manage project budgets, change orders, and cost forecasts. Negotiate contracts and vendor agreements to ensure competitive pricing.
• Construction Oversight: Oversee site activities, ensure adherence to design specifications, safety regulations, and building codes. Proactively address field issues and keep the project on track.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their vision is executed effectively. Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience managing office construction projects (buildouts, renovations, or new construction)
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Deep understanding of commercial building systems and MEP coordination
• Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• OSHA 30 certification preferred

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in fast-track tenant improvement (TI) projects
• LEED certification or experience with sustainable building practices
• Knowledge of local zoning, permitting, and building codes
