- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with medical staff.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and make sound clinical judgments.
