Job DescriptionThe Territory Sales Representative is tasked with representing and promoting all offered product lines within a specific geographic region, aiming to achieve sales, lease purchases, and rentals of these products. This role focuses on engaging with general contractors, as well as those in asphalt paving, concrete, landscaping, utilities, mining, earthmoving, government and municipalities.

DescriptionPower Motive Corporation is seeking a Territory Sales Representative who will be based out of our Denver Office responsible for covering Denver, Boulder, Broomfiled & Jefferson Counties.Job DescriptionThe Territory Sales Representative is tasked with representing and promoting all offered product lines within a specific geographic region, aiming to achieve sales, lease purchases, and rentals of these products. This role focuses on engaging with general contractors, as well as those in asphalt paving, concrete, landscaping, utilities, mining, earthmoving, government and municipalities.RequirementsDevelop, promote and execute sales and rental strategies of company products and services.Exhibit a friendly and outgoing demeanor, complemented by strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with a talent for building and maintaining long-term business relationships.Demonstrate a proactive sales approach with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.Maintain a professional appearance and conduct.Comfortable prospecting and making cold calls as well as expanding and nurturing relationships with an established customer base.Accurately track calls, leads, sales and forecast using CRM software.Exhibit exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, time management, and communication skills.Show dedication to developing and managing a defined territory.Have a general understanding of heavy construction equipment and its applications.Apply fundamental selling techniques such as prospecting, overcoming objections and closing sales.Have a basic understanding of retail financing.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with focus on accuracy and timeliness.QualificationsQualifications:A minimum of three years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required. Six years or more preferredA high school diploma or equivalent with some college coursework or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferredBachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferredBasic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Valid driver's licenseBilingual helpful
