This role is part of our Creative Services Division—our very own in-house ad agency dedicated to providing cutting-edge marketing and digital services to take our advisors' businesses to the next level!If you have a love for digital marketing, a sharp eye for detail, and a knack for managing digital campaigns, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!What You'll Do
- Launch and manage semi-custom, paid digital campaigns for financial advisors on platforms like Facebook, Google, and more
- Monitor and optimize ongoing campaigns to maximize performance and ensure client success
- Deliver insightful reports to stakeholders, showcasing campaign results and trends
- Collaborate with clients, sharing your expertise and guiding them through digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Embrace opportunities to learn, grow, and assist in additional tasks as needed
Experience You'll Bring
- Experience with Meta (Facebook) Ads platform for creating and managing paid digital advertising campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data to produce meaningful insights
- A customer-focused mindset with top-notch communication skills via phone and email
- The ability to coach and educate clients on digital marketing strategies with confidence
- Adaptability and willingness to tackle new challenges head-on
- Strong familiarity with Office 365 Suite and Adobe Suite tools
- An organized, self-motivated attitude and a collaborative team spirit
Bonus Points
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Optimize
- 1-3 years of experience working within an ad agency
