Combilift Depot is seeking a Parts & Inventory Manager to join our team at our corporate office in Tomball, TX. As the Parts & Inventory Manager you will manager a small team to insure parts orders are completed for our customers and service techs in a timely manner. In addition, you will be responsible to insuring the inventory is accurate.We are looking for a long term employee as we expand throughout Texas and Louisiana.

Job Duties:

• Overseeing a small team of parts personnel.
• Insuring all parts departments are following standardized parts procedures.
• Answering inbound parts calls.
• Communicating with vendors.
• Working with our mechanics and other offices to identify correct parts.
• Conducting monthly van inventory and quarterly warehouse inventory.
• Sourcing other suppliers for parts.
• Following up with customers.
• Generating Quotes, Invoices, and PO's
• Transferring Parts within inventory system
• Gathering shipping quotes.
• Completing Parts Spreadsheets
• Other general parts related activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

• General Parts/Mechanical Experience
• Inventory Management Experience
• Professional Appearance
• Positive attitude and team player
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to communicate directly with customers
• High School Diploma, GED or 12 months recent verifiable experience
• Must be able to pass drug and background check
• 5 day work week - 8am to 5pm
• Former parts sales experience is not required
