We're looking for a results-oriented, analytically driven professional to lead sourcing strategies that deliver measurable value across a dynamic and growing global supply chain. This high-impact role is a critical driver of our direct imports strategy, leading cost-saving initiatives, supplier negotiations, and strategic sourcing across a global supplier network.

Position: Title: Sourcing Manager-reports to Director of Sourcing

Responsibilities: The Sourcing Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the strategic sourcing and management of NAPA Auto Parts' direct imports portfolio, ensuring supply continuity, cost savings, and supplier performance that supports overall business growth.

This individual will drive global sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable value across an international supplier network.

• Develop and manage a 3-year sourcing strategy aligned with business objectives and market dynamics
• Lead supplier relationship management and create negotiation strategies to foster long-term partnerships
• Drive continuous improvement in cost efficiency, supplier value, and product quality
• Execute global strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFPs, market analysis, supplier selection, and performance reviews
• Implement supplier contracts in coordination with Procurement, Engineering, Category, Pricing, Buying, Logistics, and Global Sourcing teams
• Achieve cost reductions through supplier performance optimization, scalability, and efficiency improvements
• Ensure compliance with trade laws, policies, and supplier performance standards
• Leverage tools such as Excel, COUPA CSO, Wrike, D365, and Power BI (or similar) to support data-driven decision-making
• Maintain proactive communication with domestic and international suppliers to mitigate risk
• Analyze industry trends to identify sourcing risks and growth opportunities
• Approve supplier lists for competitive sourcing processes and strategic bidding
• Apply expertise in sourcing processes, supply chain management, and contract negotiation
• Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability across all sourcing functions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering
