YOUR IMPACT Structured Investing is a global multi-disciplinary front office structuring team within Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) specializing in optimizing the Firms investing and lending activities as well as its funding and legal entity structure and strategy. The team focuses on originating, structuring and executing transactions that affect the Firms global tax, regulatory and accounting positions as well as AWMs funding profile. We work on transactions with deal teams across AWM and the rest of the Firm, as well as originate and execute our own transactions. This is a creative, analytical and execution-focused team, comprised of people with diverse structuring backgrounds who thrive in fast-paced, changing environments.
