Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to connect survivors with the resources needed to close the gap of hurricane-related unmet needs. Attend community meetings both in person and virtually. Develop and maintain a library of available resources for Disaster Case Managers utilize. Plan and facilitate community outreach events to connect survivors with resources. Produce weekly reports for leadership team. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge of disaster response and recovery strategies. Qualifications: Minimum of bachelor's degree in related field and 5 years of related work experience with working knowledge of case management. A combination of industry experience and degree may be substituted. Must have reliable transportation (must use your own vehicle). Have a valid driver's license.
