Cottage Health seeks a LMS and e-Learning Specialist Sr responsible for coordinating and managing the Learning Management System (LMS) for the department of hire within Cottage Health. Responsible for administering the LMS including registration processes, database management, problem resolution, scheduling, and tracking of all learning activities related to the organization's LMS. Responsibilities include: Provides operational consulting to departments in the use of computer-based training (CBT) modules and instructional design. These tasks involve collaborating with subject matter experts to develop course content, crafting learning paths, and managing user permissions. Furthermore, they collaborate with internal clients to identify areas of improvement in the LMS and suggest modifications to optimize the system.
