Serve as the primary leadership for the Complex Case Coordination (C 3) Program by providing oversight and accountability for programmatic goals and objectives. Lead WWPs growing residential treatment facility network by supporting the development of and executing WWPs network strategy, prioritizing warrior experience, clinical outcomes, and overall alignment within the Mental Health Continuum of Support. Deploy, monitor, and evaluate WWP's strategy for intensive case coordination targeting warriors with complex, high-acuity mental health needs. Lead the development of protocols and best practices for case coordination across WWPs Mental Health Continuum of Support (MH - Co. S), ensuring alignment with WWPs mission and strategic goals. Serve as a subject matter expert on the VA and DoD medical systems, providing internal consultation and case direction.
