\n\n. Ensures safety, quality, and legality of Sargento products by monitoring employee practices and performing risk-based decisions involving product status, placing materials on HOLD, and assisting in non-conformance process.\n. Conducts projects, collects, retains, as well as performs swabbing of sites and equipment according to accredited methods and standard operating procedures.\n. Performs audits of facilities and employee practices, issuing Corrective Action Requests (CA - Rs) and verifying effectiveness of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action.\n. Acts as a technical resource to various departments, applying knowledge of customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and food safety/quality standards.\n. Performs individual and team-based tasks along with providing support on plant projects.\n\n. Your Education and Experience.\n\n. An Associate Degree is required for this position.
