Completes operational and pre-operational cleaning, sanitization of the meat packaging and processing machines and work areas according United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations and ensuring quality standards are met and maintain the efficient flow of product through the production process. May include cleaning office areas and cleaning/sanitizing meat, produce, or cheese processing areas. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company. Review work schedule, perform safety check on equipment, obtain supplies required to perform the work and prepare for operations. Prepare machinery for cleaning, remove materials from the machines, tools and floors and place in the proper containers. Remove barrels, totes and other containers from the area, close valves, open doors, lids, drains and water valves. Breakdown, disassemble and / or loosen nuts, screws, remove machine parts, guardrails...Sanitation, Night, Processing, Forklift Operator, Lift Operator, Operations, Manufacturing, Retail
