Collaborate with other members of the team to implement recovery-oriented, person-centered treatment and support plans. Performing initial intakes, assessments, and timeline summaries. Provide intensive therapeutic services in all types of settings, including but not limited to community living arrangements, schools, community settings, and natural support residences. Provide individual and group treatment and support according to each individuals/familys needs. Support data collection by monitoring interventions and providing feedback to the treatment team regarding client progress.
