Responsibilities

- Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate leads and expand the client base.
- Assist clients with benefits administration and claims processes as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the sales administration system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
- Provide bilingual or multilingual support to enhance client communication when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing our service reach.
- Experience in telemarketing or retail sales is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid insurance license may be required based on state regulations.
