OverviewThe Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the President, Chancellor and Alumni offices by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.Responsibilities
- Prepares letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions
- Manage calendars and schedules appointments
- Assist with events and meetings
- Copies, sorts, fax, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters
- Maintain and follow up on professional communications
- Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages
- Performs other related duties as assigned
