OverviewThe Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the President, Chancellor and Alumni offices by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.Responsibilities
  • Prepares letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions
  • Manage calendars and schedules appointments
  • Assist with events and meetings
  • Copies, sorts, fax, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters
  • Maintain and follow up on professional communications
  • Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
