Job DescriptionImmediately Seeking!Office Assistant Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Full Time Potential $15+ per hour DOEDuties include but are not limited to:
  • Greeting patients and managing front desk reception duties
  • Scheduling appointments and answering phones
  • Entering data and maintaining patient records using computer software
  • Cleaning duties including dusting and restroom upkeep
  • Standing and moving throughout the day to assist with clinic operations and patient therapies
  • Performing basic math functions for patient billing and co-pays
  • Traveling for training seminars a few times per year
  • Working toward certifications as part of ongoing training
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Basic computer experience
  • Strong math skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Must be comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
  • Must be open to occasional travel
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
