The Director II, Facilities and Construction Management is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational oversight of all company-owned and leased physical assets, including retail stores, distribution centers, administrative offices, and mission service facilities. This role ensures that all locations are designed, built, and maintained to support the organization's business objectives and mission-driven programs, balancing cost, compliance, and functionality.
