OF RESPONSIBILITY - The Quality Engineer ensures that all quality standards are met within the MSSC plant and at the customer interface. This role acts as the primary liaison between MSSC and its customers for quality-related matters, ensuring customer satisfaction, product compliance, and continuous improvement. Position Responsibilities:Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with all EHS policies and procedures is sustained. Ensure conformance to IATF 16949 quality management standards is sustained. Maintain process procedures and documentation as applicable. Identify and suggest changes to procedures as appropriate. Serve as the main point of contact for customer quality concerns and audits. Represent the quality department for customers, the assembly line, and continuous improvement projects for their respective commodities. Track and report customer KPIs (e.g., QZ, QI, RMU) and maintain systems such as BMW QWIN. Represent quality in audits (IATF, MAFACT, BMW Requalification...Quality Engineer, Continuous Improvement, Engineer, Quality Technician, Assembly line, Manufacturing, Technology, Audit
