#x 9; Polymer Synthesis: Hands-on experience with lab-scale synthesis of polyoxazoline P - Ox derivatives, utilizing both well-established and novel techniques to ensure high-quality outputs. Pilot Scale Development: Lead the progression of synthesis processes from lab to pilot scale, partnering Polymer Synthetic Chemists to fine-tune parameters for larger-scale operations. Process Optimization: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance yield, efficiency, and sustainability. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures and results; prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including synthetic scientists, analytical chemists, and quality control personnel, to integrate P - Ox materials into product development. Qualifications Education: PhD. or Master s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field.
