Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Dental Sales / Treatment Coordinator to join our world-class team at Lake Wales Dental Group . This position is for our Full Arch Implant Center. We're looking for a driven, compassionate, and professional individual who thrives in a high-performance environment and is committed to making a meaningful difference in patients' lives. Key Responsibilities: Present and explain treatment plans clearly to patients. Address patient questions and concerns regarding procedures. Collaborate with doctors to ensure patient understanding of options. Follow up with patients via phone/email regarding outstanding treatment. Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with patients. Present financing options and assist with payment plans. Ensure proper documentation is completed (e.g., consents, financials). Be available for occasional extended hours for consultations. Educate patients on insurance benefits and coverage. Submit and track insurance claims efficiently. Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality. Keep accurate and organized patient records. Resolve concerns related to treatment plans or services.
