Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Dental Sales / Treatment Coordinator to join our world-class team at Lake Wales Dental Group . This position is for our Full Arch Implant Center. We're looking for a driven, compassionate, and professional individual who thrives in a high-performance environment and is committed to making a meaningful difference in patients' lives. Key Responsibilities: Present and explain treatment plans clearly to patients. Address patient questions and concerns regarding procedures. Collaborate with doctors to ensure patient understanding of options. Follow up with patients via phone/email regarding outstanding treatment. Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with patients. Present financing options and assist with payment plans. Ensure proper documentation is completed (e.g., consents, financials). Be available for occasional extended hours for consultations. Educate patients on insurance benefits and coverage. Submit and track insurance claims efficiently. Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality. Keep accurate and organized patient records. Resolve concerns related to treatment plans or services. Skills & Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated with strong initiative Outgoing and patient-focused demeanor Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus Familiarity with dental software (Open Dental is a plus) Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset Goal- and results-driven Availability to work Monday–Saturday Strong sales and negotiation skills 2–5 years of B2C (business-to-consumer) sales experience preferred Dental industry experience highly preferred Ideal Candidate Traits: People-Oriented: Builds trust and rapport easily Detail-Oriented: Focuses on accuracy and thoroughness Achievement-Driven: Motivated by results and goals Independent: Works effectively with minimal supervision Calm Under Pressure: Performs well in fast-paced settings Benefits: Base Salary: $55,000–$75,000 + Commission Monthly Bonuses Holiday Pay Vacation Pay Health Insurance Reimbursement Dental Benefits Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
