Test Lab Technician
: Job Details :

Set up and conduct hydraulic product validation tests per internal procedures and industry standards, including: Performance and efficiency testing Endurance and life-cycle testing Pressure cycle and burst testing Maintain accurate documentation of test setups, system configurations, and procedures. Assist with assembly, modification, and maintenance of hydraulic test stands and fixtures. Perform regular lab maintenance and participate in 5 S and safety initiatives. Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot issues and improve processes. Follow lab safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Associates degree (AAS) in Fluid Power, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related technical field. Mechanical aptitude with basic understanding of hydraulic systems and components. Strong hands-on skills and comfort working with tools and mechanical equipment.
