We are seeking a Groundworks Team Lead!Vinton County, OHJoin our team!Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.ISBH Groundworks is a sole-member subsidiary of ISBH and is committed to an integrated mission that includes affordable housing, behavioral healthcare, and community development.Groundwork Residences is a Level II Recovery Housing program owned and operated by Integrated Services for Behavioral Health and certified by Ohio Recovery Housing. Groundworks provides safe, stable housing for women in recovery from substance use and their children.The salary range for this position is $21.82-$25.56 an hour based on experience. Essential Functions:
  • Coordinates activities for staff through various methods, including but not limited to team meetings and regular communications.
  • Evaluates the performance of staff members and recommends appropriate action to the manager.
  • Participate in the review and selection of new staff, including but not limited to completion of position requisitions, applicant reviews, and interviews.
  • Responsible for implementation and oversight of organizational policies, procedures, and/or processes.
  • Trains new employees in areas such as organizational policy, procedures, accreditation, and governmental regulations.
  • conducts record reviews, assists in, or maintains the data collection system.
  • Implement a quality assurance plan.
  • Liaison with other agencies and monitor contracts, as well as ongoing program development.
  • Conduct team meetings and planning groups, and provide daily support and crisis management.
  • Coordinate with the supervisor to build a childcare schedule weekly.
  • Provides expert support in the recovery home at key times to manage the group living dynamic.
  • Provides recovery support education to direct reports.
  • Encourages and coordinates resident engagement in recovery activities, community activities, and volunteer opportunities.
  • Oversee the utilization review and quality assurance activities of direct reports.
  • Oversee the completion of Childcare-related documentation and forms as assigned.
  • Maintains First-Aid and CPR certification.
  • Coordinates support-meeting attendance and case management.
  • Assists residents with basic life skills development (planning, paying bills, making appointments, coordinating with CBHW, structuring time, etc.).
  • Assists residents with building a support system and recovery plan by providing direct accountability, advocacy, and support when needed.
  • Maintains necessary documentation, participates in program evaluation, attends team and program planning meetings, cross-systems training, and acquires knowledge of community resources.
  • Meets billing productivity requirements of 6 hours in a work week established by Integrated Services for Behavioral Health.
  • Other duties as assigned and as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years' experience in a Behavioral Health or Substance Use field is required.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Ohio Peer Recovery Support Certification preferred
  • Lived experience with Substance Use or Behavioral Health preferred
  • Demonstrated a high degree of cultural awareness.
  • Experience with multi-need individuals and families.
  • Broad knowledge of community service systems.
  • Willing to vary work hours significantly to create a flexible schedule to adjust seasonally according to resident/child needs.
  • Licensed and able to operate a motor vehicle with an appropriate level of insurance coverage.
  • Willing to participate in and lead cross-systems team-building activities.
  • Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.
  • Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.
