The Job Description:**Pre Screen: This is a PCU unit that will be utilizing a team's model of care: 6 patients to 1 PCU and 1 MS RN as a team. Please confirm if your candidate is interested in moving forward. Position / Specialty: MS/Tele Years of experience REQ: 1.5 years First timers accepted: Yes. Locals accepted: NO Float Required: Yes Med Surg may take 6 patients Pending License accepted: No. IN-STATE LICENSE / REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUB RTO Restrictions: Must work 2/3 major holidays. Guaranteed Hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3 12 hr shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek. Effective 11/30/24 IU Health will not allow IN RN's to work at their facilities SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW. **Periop/OR RN's Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. These IN travelers are allowed to work past the 11/30 deadline.
