Location: IHS facility in Chinle, AZ

Pay: 65 + 1,246 weekly stipends

Contract Length: 1 year

Tentative start date: October 2025

Available Shifts:

6:45AM -5:45PM,

7:00AM-6:00PM,

8:30AM - 7:30PM,

9:00AM-8:00PM,

Monday to Friday,

including weekends and holidays. Each shift schedule shall have a 1-hour lunch break.

Requirenments:

• Minimun 6 months of outpatient experience in a hospital setting.
• IHS experience is preferred
• Active Pharmacist License
• Active CPR, or BLS
