Our direct marketing services deliver results utilizing our in-house production, design capabilities, data and digital expertise, and fully integrated approach producing timely and cost-efficient direct mail packages for our worldwide clients.JOB SUMMARYThe Maintenance Manager is responsible for directing and organizing all activities related to building systems, equipment, operations, and maintaining safe production standards. This role oversees the day-to-day functioning of critical machines and tools, leading the Maintenance team to ensure company goals are met and all applicable laws and regulations are followed. Responsibilities and Activities:
  • Manages maintenance personnel by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
  • Communicates job expectations and evaluates employee performance, recommending compensation actions while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Develops and implements weekly maintenance schedules, allocating work efficiently to the team.
  • Supervises and trains Maintenance Technicians on the proper use of all systems and equipment.
  • Ensures all systems and equipment are running efficiently by administering tests, making necessary repairs, and managing the acquisition and installation of replacement parts.
  • Develops and implements a comprehensive preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime.
  • Conducts periodic inspections of facilities to identify problems and determine necessary maintenance.
  • Maintains and inspects all building systems, including heating and ventilation.
  • Ensures a safe, compliant, and organized work environment by upholding all company policies, departmental SOPs, leading the Company Safety Program (including tracking and communicating incidents), and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Reports major machinery problems and downtime to senior management.
  • Contributes to the development of the overall maintenance budget and ensures departmental compliance.
  • Monitors and manages the inventory of materials and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Performs additional responsibilities as required to ensure the team's success.
