We're looking for a Part-Time Administrative Support to serve as the welcoming face and voice of our location. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and creating a warm, professional atmosphere. What You'll Do:
- Greet families, guests, and vendors warmly and professionally
- Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and provide general information
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area
- Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and scheduling
- Assist with event or service coordination as needed
- Handle sensitive situations and information with empathy and discretion
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and compassionate presence
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable using basic office technology and software (Microsoft Office, email, phone systems)
- Availability for flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
