Job Description Position OverviewAdams & Martin Group has partnered with a law firm in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, specializing in litigation on behalf of landlords and homeowner associations. The firm is currently accepting applications for a full-time Collections Legal Assistant. This role requires someone with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The position is fully onsite (working remotely is not allowed).Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of legal documents.
  • Manage case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Handle office communications, including answering phones and responding to emails.
  • Maintain calendars and schedule appointments for attorneys.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for document preparation and management.
  • Previous collections experience is helpful but not required.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of law firm experience is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge and familiarity with computers, typing, and office telephones.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Work HoursMonday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Benefits
