Job Description:

A manufacturing company in Green Bay is currently seeking a 1st Shift Machine Operator. This role is responsible for running dryer sheet production equipment, including unwinds, coaters, folders, slitters, and cartoners. The Machine Operator will work with both non-woven and paper materials, ensuring proper folding and resolving any mechanical issues that arise during production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure production goals are met according to schedule.
• Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity.
• Safely operate machinery in compliance with all safety protocols.
• Perform quality checks and inspections specific to the area of operation.
• Operate a forklift to move raw materials and unfinished goods as needed.

Pay: $19 per hour

Shift: 6a to 2:30p

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
