The SAPM will leverage their project management expertise to oversee all aspects of wireless site development, ensuring that staff processes, client relations, time schedules, deliverables, and quality performance align with project goals. - Manage day-to-day operations and administrative activities for one or more projects.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date project status, scheduling, and progress reporting.
- Supervise leasing and zoning specialists to ensure timely project deliverables.
- Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with team members to track progress.
- Oversee site selection, coordinate with design and construction teams, and manage real estate agreements.
- Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining high-quality standards, reporting on project financials, and managing client relations.
- Lead and inspire a team to achieve successful project outcomes while building a positive, committed work environment.
- Travel to client sites as necessary.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the wireless telecommunications industry, including project management.
- Prior experience with AT&T wireless projects is highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
- Strong communication skills-ability to respond promptly and explain issues clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a highly interdependent team.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Experience with new builds and site modification projects for wireless sites preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
- Real estate license preferred.
- U.S. citizenship or ability to work for any U.S. employer without Visa sponsorship.

Additional Details:
- Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (flexible start as early as 6:30 a.m.).
- Overtime: Minimal, paid at 1.5x rate.
- Travel: Some travel to sites required.
- Background Check: 10-year background check, including DMV and employment verification.
- Drug Screen: 10-panel test (no alcohol).
