Position Summary

We're hiring a Head of Marketing to lead, build, and scale our entire marketing function. You'll be responsible for creating a high-performance MQL engine, driving bold and differentiated campaigns, and owning the department from strategy to execution. We're an early-stage compound pharmacy company aiming to grow from $20M to $100M ARR by 2030 and we expect 15% of that revenue to be driven by marketing-led initiatives.

What You'll Own

  • Marketing Strategy: Build and own our go-to-market plan to drive growth across all channels
  • Lead Generation: Design and lead an MQL process from scratch—driving pipeline and revenue
  • Brand & Positioning: Create bold, clear messaging that resonates in a regulated market
  • Performance Marketing: Track, measure, and optimize all efforts with a focus on ROI
  • Content & Campaigns: Bring fresh, creative ideas to life—making our brand unignorable
  • Cross-Functional Impact: Partner with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align on business goals

What You Bring

  • 5–10 years in marketing, including senior or head-of-function roles
  • A proven track record of building and owning a scalable MQL engine
  • Strong creative instincts backed by sharp execution skills
  • Data-driven, but unafraid to test brave ideas in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing or growing a small team
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a bonus, but not required
