: Job Details :

Participate in the month-end close process by preparing journal entries, monthly GL/sub-ledger balance sheet reconciliations, and prepare monthly analytics Analyze financial data including variance analysis to budget and forecast; making recommendations based on analysis Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements and supplementary schedules as provided to management and the Board of Directors. Participate in the preparation of corporate tax workpapers and quarterly tax estimated payments and required member distributions. Work with VP of Finance and Controllers on miscellaneous financials projects, including Purchase Accounting and new GAAP pronouncements including implementation. Assist with year-end audit package preparation and work with outside audit team. Work with team on Cashflow forecast Perform other duties as assigned Requirements BS degree in accounting.
