- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and Zoom.
- Guide students and families on aid processes, forms, and eligibility.
- Assist with understanding awards and completing requirements.
- Refer complex issues as needed.
Processing
- Review and process FAFSA, verification, appeals, and loan documents.
- Verify completeness and accuracy of submissions.
- Track files for timely aid packaging and disbursement.
- Resolve discrepancies between submitted documents and FAFSA data.
